The 2045 Mobility Plan establishes a framework over the next 21 years to move people and provide choices through mobility projects established to meet the needs of projected growth in population and employment and increases in travel. The Mobility Plan will serve as a guide to proactively plan for and prioritize multimodal projects to meet the growth, travel, and mobility needs of the community. Mobility projects consist of improvements to roads and intersections, and include new and upgraded multi-use trails, bike lanes, sidewalks, boardwalks and transit services.
